We’ve all heard the phrase “trust the process”—and in mentorship, that couldn’t be more true. Whether you’re guiding a new mentee or helping someone take their skills to the next level, consistency is what separates a great mentor from one who just goes through the motions.

At BSMMFC, we’ve carefully crafted a step-by-step mentorship process designed to set both mentors and mentees up for success. Following this process isn’t just a formality—it’s the key to ensuring everyone gets the best experience possible.

Our Step by Step Mentoring and Patching Process document (see Resource Materials Section on Certified Mentors Resource page) is a step by step process broken down in 4 phases/levels. All things in Level 1 should be completed before moving on the next level and so on. The Mentees have a similar document called the Checklist which outlines the same step by step process - just from the perspective of the mentee.
