These are the revised patches for members only. This set of patches will reflect the new name change of our organization.
4 sets options is reserved for couples that would like 2 sets each.

Patch Exchange Instructions:
Ordering New Patches:
Each member can order up to two new patch sets for $39.00 each set.
Returning Old Patches:
Chapter Members: Return your old patches to your chapter president.
Chapter Presidents: Collect all old patches from chapter members, then mail them to the international office.
Area Contacts: Send your old patches directly to the international office.
Required Documentation:
The Chapter Member/Area Contact Patch Exchange Form must be completed by the chapter president or area contact and included with all old patches sent to the international office.

New patches will be mailed to chapter presidents or area contacts only after the international office receives the old patches and the completed form.
